Commissioner Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that per Jefferson County Policy No. 5.55.11, the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves permit parking on the Canyon Cedar cul-de-sac which includes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 Canyon Cedar, for the hours of 9:00 PM through 6:00 AM. The Department of Highways & Transportation is authorized to post appropriate signs in the area and to issue parking permits to all residents in the designated area who desire a permit. The fee for such permit shall be 25¢ per sticker.
Commissioner Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
