Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between Jefferson County and Certified Business Services, Inc., in the amount of $191,117 for a high-density mobile file system. The County’s authorized representative is Lee Suttie, or other person as designated by the County Manager. The work on this project shall be completed within 98 calendar days after the start date.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
