Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby signs and approves Change Order #1 to the agreement with General Concrete Contractors, Inc. The total compensation for Change Order #1 shall increase the contract amount by $5,136 and shall be full compensation for Contractor work due to additional concrete trail as provided for in the agreement. The Contract Time will be increased by a time to be determined.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
