Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC96-679

RE:LAND PLANNING & INFRASTRUCTURE - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION -PURCHASE ORDER - WESTTERRA INC. FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES - C-470 EXTENSION PROJECT

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the expenditure of $28,000 to WestTerra Inc. For appraisal services. The County’s authorized representative is Martin Sorensen, or other person as designated by the Department Director of County Manager. Work on this project shall be completed within thirty calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura, ABSENT

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
