Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the Lease Agreement between Jefferson County and General American Life Insurance Company for 5,339 square feet of leased space at a cost of $7.00 per square foot with this cost to remain unchanged during the entire five-year lease term, for use by the Clerk and Recorder, located at 2099 Wadsworth Blvd., Suite H--K, Lakewood, CO. This Lease Agreement will run from January 1, 1997, to and including December 31, 2001, with one additional five-year option to renew after the expiration of the initial lease term. The monthly lease rate is $3,114.42 per month, plus CAM (common-area maintenance) costs of approximately $2.50 per square foot subject to the landlord’s costs. These CAM costs will fluctuate during the period of the contract term.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
