Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an amendment to the contract between the County and David Solis, P.A., for medical services for the inmate population of the Sheriff’s Detention Facility which will increase the amount of the contract to $57,200. Approves an amendment to the contract which will extend the term of the contract for an additional one-year term, from January 1, 1997 through December 31, 1997.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
