Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves Supplemental Services Request #2 to the contract with Carter and Burgess, Inc., for a price of $12,850 to cover emergency re-design and engineering work completed as a result of the June 1995 flood.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
