Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes staff to obtain an appraisal, survey, title commitment, environmental hazard assessment, and to enter into negotiations for the evaluation of the subject property of two acres, more or less, located on Belvedere Drive adjacent to South Table Mountain.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura ABSENT
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
