Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the amendment of Attachment B of the Traffic Impact Fee section (Chapter 5.36) of the Policy and Procedure Manual to include Ken Caryl Avenue between Kipling and Simms, with a construction cost of $2,319,640.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
