Commissioner Miller moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby executes the First Amendment to the Cafeteria Services Agreement between Jefferson County and the Private Industry Council Foundation, Inc. to provide cafeteria services in the Human Services Building, 900 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, CO.
Commissioner Laura seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Gary D. Laura AYE
Commissioner John P. Stone, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
