Board Member Laura moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
Resolved, that the Jefferson County Board of Social Services hereby approves the First Amendment to the Agreement between the Jefferson County Department of Human Services and Children’s Services of Colorado, Inc., entered into on January 1, 1996, to provide on-site child care services at the Human Services’ Building effective January 1, 1996, through December 31, 1996. The entity formerly known as Children’s Services of Colorado, Inc., is now incorporated as Family Partnerships, Inc. The Jefferson County Board of Social Services authorizes the Chairman to sign this First Amendment to Agreement.
Board Member Miller seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
