Authority Member Estill moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE LIQUOR AUTHORITY

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. LLA97-03

RE:Decision on the application of Chez NGA, Inc. d/b/a Chez NGA Restaurant, 8966 W. Bowles Avenue #I, Littleton, Colorado 80123, Unincorporated Jefferson County, Colorado.

WHEREAS, Chez NGA, Inc. d/b/a Chez NGA made application on September 29, 1997, for a Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License, to be located at 8966 W. Bowles Avenue #I, Littleton, Colorado, 80123; and

WHEREAS, after notice as provided by law, a full and complete hearing was held by this Authority on December 5, 1997; and

WHEREAS, based on the evidence presented, the County Liquor Investigator's report, and the testimony of all interested parties, this Authority finds as follows:

1.That Bonnie Peng and Wei Ming Peng, are qualified as to character and reputation to hold a Liquor License.

2.That proper posting, publication and public notice was provided as required by law for the public hearing held by the Liquor Licensing Authority of Jefferson County.

3.That the hearing before the Authority was extensive and complete and that all pertinent facts, matters and issues were submitted and considered by the Authority.

4.Petitioning by the applicant regarding the needs and the desires of the subject neighborhood indicated the following:

Number of residents for - 76

Number of residents with no opinion - 13

Number of residents against - 3

Total number of residences contacted - 92

5.That approval by the Jefferson County Health Department is required.

6.That the Findings of the Liquor Investigator, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", are incorporated into this resolution and are the Findings of this Authority.

7.That after due consideration of the testimony, exhibits introduced into the record, and a review of the petition circulated by the applicant, this Authority finds that the needs of the neighborhood are not being met by existing outlets and that a substantial number of the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire that the applied-for license be granted.

8.That for the reasons set forth above, the granting of the applied-for Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License, is in the best interest of the health, safety, morals and convenience of the citizens of Jefferson County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for a Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License, to be located at 8966 W. Bowles Avenue #I, Littleton, Colorado 80123, be and hereby is APPROVED.

Authority Member Germano seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Authority Member Rocky Germano AYE

Authority Member William Skewes, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Liquor Licensing Authority of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
