Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and McBride Construction in the amount of $326,457.27 for park improvements at Maple Grove Park. The County's authorized representative is Chuck Reno, or other person as may be designated by the County Administrator. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $342,780.00.
Final completion of the project shall be within 120 days from the commencement of work.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
