Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-074

RE: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - BOARD APPOINTMENTS TO THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CULTURAL COUNCIL

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners hereby appoints the following members to the Jefferson County Cultural Council effective as of the date of this resolution.

Alice A. White be re-appointed as a regular member. The term of the appointment to expire on March 31, 2001.

Janet Shangraw has been appointed as a regular member, to fill the unexpired term of Lois Lindstrom. The term of this appointment will expire on March 31, 2000.

Vince Chowdhury has been appointed as a regular member, to fill the unexpired term of Margaret McClellan. The term of this appointment will expire on March 31, 1999.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway AYE

Commissioner John P. Stone ABSENT

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
