Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-111

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - JEFFERSON COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Intergovernmental Agreement which would allow Construction Management to provide services to the library for miscellaneous projects. The agreement provides for the library to be billed monthly for services provided.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
