Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-130

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - ADOPTION OF POLICY FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE EXPENDITURES FOR COUNTY MEETINGS AND RESTRUCTURING OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE COUNTY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has adopted a new food and beverage policy and wishes to adopt the new policy attached hereto; and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners recommends that this policy also be adopted by all Elected Officials; and

WHEREAS, Chapter 6 of the County's Policies and Procedures Manual should be amended to include Chapter 6.75.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereby and herewith revise Chapter 6 of the County's Operational Policies and Procedures to include the adoption of Chapter 6.75, Food and Beverage Expenditures for County Meetings.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
