Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. CC98-163
Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the reappointments of William Blackburn and Doug Hall as regular members; and the appointments of William Scott and Glenn Grove as regular members to the Jefferson County Hazardous Substance Response Authority Board.
Be It Further Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby sets the term for the appointments and reappointments to be effective as of the date of this Resolution and to expire on March 31, 2000.
Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:
Commissioner John P. Stone AYE
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway AYE
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman AYE
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
