RESOLUTION NO. CC98-181

RE: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - APPOINTMENTS TO THE

JEFFERSON COUNTY COOPERATIVE EXTENSION ADVISORY BOARD,

PROSPECT RECREATION DISTRICT, AND SCIENTIFIC & CULTURAL

FACILITIES DISTRICT BOARD

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the reappointments of William D. Cassel, LaVetta K. Gonzales, and Sam R. Martinez, as regular members, to the Jefferson County Cooperative Extension Advisory Board. The term of these reappointments shall be effective as of the date of this resolution and will expire on March 31, 2002, or until reappointed or replaced by the Board.

Approves the reappointment of Peggy Hunnicutt as a regular member, to the Jefferson County Prospect Recreation District. The term of this reappointment shall be effective as of the date of this resolution and will expire on March 31, 2003, or until reappointed or replaced by the Board.

Approves the reappointment of Kin DuBois as a regular member, to the Jefferson County Scientific & Cultural Facilities District Board. The term of this reappointment shall be effective as of the date of this resolution and will expire on March 31, 2001, or until reappointed or replaced by the Board.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway AYE

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
