Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-245

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT FOR SECURITY CAPITAL PACIFIC TRUST/VISTAS AT DUTCH CREEK/LESLEA PROPERTY-WEST MEADOWS/FOOTHILLS OS97-12

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the conveyance of a permanent 50' wide easement and a temporary construction easement to Security Capital Pacific Trust for drainage and slope contours located at the Leslea property. Total amount of compensation is $9,252.00. The Chairman is authorized to sign all documents related to the granting of these two easements.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman AYE

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
