Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-265

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - CORRECTIONS - CHANGE ORDER LETTER FOR REVENUE CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF COLORADO, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a Change Order Letter increasing the amount of the revenue contract between Jefferson County and the State of Colorado, Department of Public Safety, by $2,175.97 to a new total of $1,721,080.97. The amendment to the contract is effective March 30, 1998.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
