Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-288

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION - AMEND CONTRACT - BRW, INC. FOR ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE JOHNSON ROAD EXTENSION PROJECT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the first amendment to the contract between Jefferson County and BRW, Inc., for Engineering Design Services for the Johnson Road Extension Project, and increasing the contract price by $36,806 to a revised total contract price of $61,806. The $36,806 contract price consists of a base contract amount of $26,806 and $10,000 for any additional services that may be needed and authorized by the County's Authorized Representative.

The County's authorized representative is Brad Bauer, or other person as may be designated by the Department Director, or County Administrator.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
