Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-291

RE: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - APPOINTMENT OF AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE JEFFERSON COUNTY JUVENILE REVIEW BOARD (JRB)

WHEREAS, C.R.S. 19-2-1301 et seq. authorizes a board of county commissioners to appoint a juvenile community review board, "whose duty shall be to approve residential community placement of children, in this county, committed to the custody of the Department of Institutions;" and

WHEREAS, Terri Carlis was nominated to be an alternate member representing Jefferson County Human Services; and

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone Aye

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
