Commissioner Stone moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-320

RE: COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR - BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS -CONTRACT FOR RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a contract between Jefferson County and the Jefferson County R1 School District to provide cooperative risk management services, including Third Party Administration of worker's compensation and liability claims and consulting.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
