Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-360

RE: BOARD OF EQUALIZATION - APPOINTMENT OF AND AUTHORIZATION FOR REFEREES TO CONDUCT PROPERTY TAX VALUATION HEARINGS

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, acting in its capacity as the County Board of Equalization, hereby appoints the following named individuals to act as referees, authorized to conduct hearings on valuation appeals on the Board's behalf, and to make findings and recommendations to the Board of its final action on the appeals:

Fred Adam, Donald Boyson, Kim M. Dillinger, Pamela Davis Jackson, William M. James, Dominic Latorraca, Robert R. Marshall, Martin McKinney, John C. Ohrenschall, Lynn Davidson Petersen, Linda A. Pissare, John G. Simmonds, Karen A. Smith, Wayne J. Thompson, Elizabeth W. Towner, Jolene Ver Steeg, Ford H. Wheatley

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
