Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-406

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FACILITIES MANAGEMENT - CONTRACT -RNL DESIGN FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR FIVE ROAD AND BRIDGE SHOPS

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between Jefferson County and RNL Design at the fixed price of $72,583.00 which sets forth the services to be provided by RNL Design for professional architectural and engineering services for the preliminary design and design/build criteria package for five maintenance facilities for the Road and Bridge Department.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
