Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-666

RE: COUNTY ATTORNEY - CITY OF ORANGE COUNTY LITIGATION SETTLEMENT

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, COLORADO: That the settlement of the City of Orange Litigation in the amount of $350,000 is approved , and the Board authorizes the Chairman to execute the Settlement and Release in said action, as approved by the County Attorney.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner John P. Stone Aye

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
