Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. CC98-688
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and executes the CAMA System Support Agreement with Cole-Layer-Trumble Company for year 2000 conversion services and maintenance of the Assessor's valuation software for 1999. The Agreement covers 40 hours of off-site support for $4,000. In addition, the County will pay $23,000 for the year 2000 conversion services. Carry forward support hours from the 1997 and 1998 CAMA Support Agreements will be used to off-set costs of the year 2000 conversion services.
Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
