Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

RE: SHERIFF - INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT AMENDMENT -COLORADO STATE PATROL FOR PURCHASE OF GASOLINE/CARWASH

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Colorado State Patrol which will extend the term of the agreement for one year, from January 1, 1999 through December 31, 1999, and which will: (1) Increase the price of gasoline to twenty-five cents ($.25) per gallon above cost, (2) Establish the price of a car wash at three dollars ($3.00), and (3) Set the time during which Colorado State Patrol troopers may access the Sheriff's car wash facility.

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
