Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION NO. CC98-763
Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the Chairman or County Administrator where applicable, to sign the following contracts which will be prepared and approved by the County Attorney and in conformance with the 1999 Adopted Budget:
Seniors' Resource Center, Inc.
Jefferson Center for Mental Health - Basic Contract
Jefferson Center for Mental Health - Court Evaluations Services
Family Tree, Inc.
Jefferson County Council on Aging
Mountain Resource Center, Inc.
Clear Creek County Child Support Enforcement Services
Gilpin County Child Support Enforcement Services
Tri-County Intergovernmental Agreement for One-Stop Career Centers
State of Colorado - Cooperative Reimbursement Agreement for Welfare Fraud
Intra county Agreements for general services related to legal, human resources, accounting, and management information systems.
Intra county Agreement with the County Attorney's Office for Child Support Enforcement

Commissioner Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
