Board Member Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:
BEFORE THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES
OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. SS98-23
Resolved, that the Board of Social Services hereby authorizes the Chairman or County Administrator, where applicable, to sign the following contract which will be prepared and approved by the County Attorney and in conformance with the 1999 Adopted Budget:
Clear Creek County Child Support Enforcement Services
Gilpin County Child Support Enforcement Services
Intra County agreement with the County Attorney's Office for Child Support Enforcement
(IV-D) Legal Services
Board Member Stone seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Board Member Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye
The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
