Commissioner Sheehan moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC99-199

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract with Centennial Engineering, Inc. (d/b/a MK Centennial) to do the engineering design for South Simms Street (West Belleview Avenue to West Quincy Avenue) for the total amount of $461,600 which includes $303,600 for the "Base Contract Amount", and another $158,000 for any "Additional Services" that may be needed and authorized in writing by the County's Authorized Representative.

The County's Authorized Representative is Brad Bauer or another person as may be designated by the Department Director or County Administrator.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
