The Systems of Care grant has contracted with the University of Denver, Butler Institute of Familes to evaluate on a local level the activities of the grant. There is also a national evaluation done by ICF International, an agency in Washington D.C. who works with the Federal government and the nine Systems of Care sites. This work involves designing and implementing multifaceted research aimed at measuring the progress of the grant activities in the areas of cultural competence, family involvement, strength & community based care practice, and interagency collaboration.
