Holiday Program Donor Form

Thank you for the overwhelming interest in the Jefferson County Children, Youth and Families Division Adopt-a-Family Program.  All referred clients have been matched with donors this year.   If you are interested in being added to the notification list next year for the program, please contact Korina Keating .

If you would still like to donate, we will be accepting new unwrapped toys, non-perishable food items and diapers during the gift drop off hours below.

• Gift drop off will take place December 3rd - December 5th 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM at the Jefferson County Human Services Building Cafeteria, located at 900 Jefferson County Pkwy Golden, CO 80401 near the NORTH building entrance. 
• Gifts may be wrapped and should be labeled CLEARLY with the family members name AND family number. 
• There will be assistance in unloading your vehicle if needed. 
• Donators are welcome to join us in the cafeteria for refreshments during gift drop off week.
