CSOII 2006 Operations

• In 2006 alone, we arrested 44 adults seeking children online for sex.
• We provided 180 Internet safety presentations to adults, children and interested groups.
• CHEEZO, our Lion Mascot, appeared on the scene and began making appearances to help in educating younger children about the dangers on the Internet.
• Implementation of our new ?Stranger Danger ? Internet Stranger? Program.
• Development of our CHEEZO Internet Safety video designed to help with presentations to younger children.
• Since District Attorney Scott Storey took office in 2005, we have arrested 62 adults for seeking out children online for sex.
• In 1996, we were the first in Colorado and the western regional United States to conduct undercover Internet Investigation.
