Fast Track Domestic Violence Program
The Fast Track Domestic Violence Program was developed to provide immediate intervention for both victims and offenders. The defendant must appear in court the day following the reported offense.
The goal of the program is to hold defendants immediately accountable for their action and to provide victims with relevant information, support, and appropriate referrals. Victims have the opportunity to meet with a Victim/Witness Assistant and the Deputy District Attorney assigned to their cases, in order to give input about the disposition of their case.
