Alcohol, Drugs and Other Addictions
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD) Licensed Treatment Programs Level I Education, Level II Education and Level II Therapy programs are only for DUI/DWAI offenders. These programs are licensed by the State of Colorado to serve DUI/DWAI offenders and will satisfy Colorado courts for probation requirements, and Motor Vehicle Division for reinstatement requirements.

Level I Education |
12-hour course for first time offenders with a BAC below .15%, and is given over a minimum of two days. |

Level II Education and Therapy |
four separate tracks, based on the level of severity:
