    Christopher Sullivan Charged with Child Sex Trafficking


    First Judicial District Attorney Pete Weir announced that Christopher David Sullivan, DOB; 6-28-77, has been charged with one count of Human Trafficking of a Minor for Sexual Servitude (F2). This case was filed on August 5, 2014.

    Sullivan is alleged to have been in Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 21 when he solicited a 17-year-old female for sexual purposes. According to court records, the teen left New Mexico and traveled with Sullivan to Colorado on July 22. He is accused of harboring, transporting and making available for sex an underage female.

    On July 23, following a serious of alleged criminal incidents that resulted in 46 counts being filed against him, Sullivan was arrested by Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies. This Human Trafficking of Minor is a separate case.

    Sullivan had his first court appearance on the Human Trafficking of a Minor case on August 5. He is scheduled to be back in court on August 7 to be advised of the charge that has been filed against him. Bond was set in the amount of $500,000, cash only
