Access to the Ballot - County Office:

The following forms will need to be filed at the Jefferson County Elections Division:
     Designation of Assembly Forms
     Candidate Acceptance Forms
     Candidate Petitions
     Write-In Affidavits

Campaign and Political Finance Filings:  (Including Candidate Affidavits)

Effective January 1, 2010, candidates, candidate committees, issue committees, political committees, small donor committees, including special district candidates and committees associated with special district elections, will need to file their Campaign and Political Finance Filings with the Secretary of State.
