2012 Replacement Ballot Information If you need a Replacement ballot the Jefferson County Motor Vehicle Branch Offices or the Elections Division will be able to assist you with obtaining your Replacement Ballot. Ballots will be available starting Monday, June 4, 2011. For a list of locations and times click here. To request a replacement ballot by mail please call our Elections Division at (303) 271-8111 Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The last day to request a replacement ballot by mail is Tuesday, June 19, 2012.
