USING A PERMANENT MAIL-IN BALLOT IS CONVENIENT AND EASY

Vote in the comfort of your home.

A ballot will be mailed approximately 22-18 days before the election.

Take your time and review your ballot before election day.
Any eligible elector may apply for permanent Mail-In Ballot. This status will allow you to automatically receive a mail-in ballot for each applicable election.
The application must be made in writing or by fax using an application form or in the form of a letter.
The letter shall contain:

Voter's printed name,
-
Signature,
-
Residence address,
-
Mailing address if the applicant wishes to receive the mail-in ballot by mail,

Date of birth, and
-
Whether the applicant wishes to be designated as a permanent mail-in voter.
Your name will remain on this list until:
-
You request that your name be removed;
-
Your Mail-in Ballot is returned as undeliverable;
-
Your voter registration record is marked "inactive".
