    Facility Reservation and Use Regulations

Use of any facility at the Fairgrounds (except for camp sites, stalls and pens, which require a reservation permit) is by reservation agreement. Incorporated into a reservation agreement are the facility reservation and use regulations (regulations).  These regulations have been established to help maximize successful, safe, healthy, secure and enjoyable event experiences for guests while protecting and preserving county assets and resources.  These regulations are in place for every event, their producers and managers.  It is the responsibility of the applicant to read and understand these regulations for themselves, their vendors and participants.

The Jefferson County Fairgrounds has a responsibility (with regard to noise, safety, security, traffic flow, parking and other event-related impacts) to our neighbors, neighborhoods, cities, roadways, businesses, partners and taxpayers.

For the complete listing of these regulations, including information on insurance, fees, food/beverage, alcohol restrictions, parking, security and more, please contact the Fairgrounds office for a copy of the Facility Reservation and Use Regulations packet.

We look forward to working with you!
