What's New With Jefferson County Head Start?

There are many new and exciting things going on in our program right now.

We are currently enrolling for the 2011-2012 school year. Classrooms are filling up fast, so call 720-497-7900 to enroll your child!
We continue to recruit volunteers, especially for child care and classroom aides at all of our sites. This is a great opportunity - particularly for seniors and adults with young school-age children. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Jackie Alarid at 720-497-7906.
Golf Tournament to Benefit Jeffco Head Start. Waterhole #2, a local Wheat Ridge tavern, will host its 4th annual golf tournament on Saturday, June 11 at Applewood Golf Course in Golden. Proceeds will benefit Jefferson County Head Start in Arvada. Funding will be used to enhance the school’s library and the Parent Training and Resource Center.
