Child and Adolescent Health Clinic

The Department works to promote the health of Jefferson County children through many of its programs.

The Child & Adolescent Health Clinic provides children and adolescents 0 to 18 years of age with:

Physical examinations for sports, camp, etc. (only for teens 12 years and up)

Immunizations

Guidance regarding normal growth and development and parenting issues.

This clinic does not provide sick-care.

Fees are assessed on a sliding scale basis. No one is denied service due to the inability to pay.
