Cancer Screening for Women: 303-239-7078
This is a federally funded program that provides screening for cancers of the breast and cervix to women who qualify.
Q. Do I qualify for this free screening? A. You qualify if you:
- Are not on Medicaid
- Do not have health insurance which will pay for a mammogram
- Have not had a mammogram or pap test in the past year
- Meet certain financial criteria (which is determined when appointment is being scheduled)
- Are 40 years of age or older.
Q. What is the cost? A. The Cancer Screening Program is free to women who meet the above criteria.

Q. Program Funding A. The Susan G. Komen Foundation provides funding for mammograms and other diagnostic procedures for women under 50 years.
Women's Wellness Connection (WWC), a federally funded program, provides screening for cancers of the breast and cervix to eligible women over 50 years. |
