Family Planning - Special Information for Teens
| Family planning includes reproductive health and birth control. That means that you can receive birth control, pregnancy testing and reproductive health exams at our Family Planning Clinic. Other sexual health related services are available through our STD Clinic (for sexually transmitted diseases) and our HIV Counseling and Testing Clinic.
Family planning services are provided on a sliding scale basis. This means that the amount that you would owe for services is based on the amount of money you earn. The clinic will work with you to determine the exact cost.
No adult permission or notification is required for family planning or other sexual health services for anyone 12-18 years of age.
The Teen Sexual Health Outreach Program helps teens access services at the Health Department. Please call 303-275-7518 for more information or assistance. |
