JCPH Clinical Scholars JCPH implemented the Clinic Scholar Program in 2004 in an effort to assure Baccalaureate nursing students completing their public health rotations gain public health competencies related to a public health community concern. Public Health Nursing supervisors provide guidance to the students working on various public health concerns in Jefferson County.
