Annual Traffic Count Report
The report covers ten years of traffic count data complied by the Division of Highways and Transportation staff. The information is sorted by road name, location and intersection. The data was collected over a 24-hour period during the midweek, typically in the summer.
Annual Crash Summary Report
The annual Crash Summary Reports identify locations of fatal, injury, and property damage only crashes on unincorporated Jefferson County roadways. Crashes on State Highways, incorporated areas, on private property or had damages of less than $1,000 are not included in the reports. 2005 Jefferson County Safety Improvement Program
The 2005 Countywide Safety Improvement Program (CSIP) report provides a documentation of high crash locations within unincorporated Jefferson County from 2001 to 2003. High crash locations identified in the CSIP report were analyzed, and safety and/or operational recommendations were made based on field investigation and standards published in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) 2003 Edition. Countywide Traffic Volume Program
The Countywide Traffic Volume Program consists of 575 traffic volume counts from 2000 to 2005 along 75 city and county parkways, principal arterials, minor arterials and state highways. The traffic volume data displayed in this report consists of Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT), Average Weekday Traffic (AWDT) and 24-Hour counts. Each volume displayed on the countywide traffic map corresponds to the location information contained in the database spreadsheet.
The participants and supporters of this program include Jefferson County, City of Arvada, City of Golden, City of Lakewood, City of Westminster, City of Wheat Ridge and the Colorado Department of Transportation. A special thanks is extended to the above agencies for assisting the Jefferson County Division of Highways and Transportation by providing the traffic volumes for this program.
