Bus Bench Program Bus Bench Program The Jefferson County Bench Program is a service we provide to make public transit more convenient and comfortable. Essentially, there are three types of benches available for permitting:
Advertising benches comprise the majority of our benches, however the shelter locations are on the rise. We have approximately 15 companies that hold permits for bus benches in unincorporated Jefferson County. The procedure on how to obtain a permit for a bench or shelter as well as the accompanying cost is outlined in detail in the Rules and Regulations
