Have something that doesn’t work? Give it to Dwayne. He might just be able to fix it! Dwayne has enjoyed working on cars in the past and would like to be a mechanic when he grows up. He is funny, sweet and kind. Dwayne is always sure to checking in with others to offer help if needed.

Dwayne, who sometimes goes by JR, is a wonderful young man. He enjoys sports, cars and music. Dwayne loves being with adults and is very social. He enjoys helping in the kitchen and responds well to direction and tasks.

Dwayne has come a long way over the past two years academically and emotionally. Dwayne thrives in an environment that provides him with structure and predictability. He loves to interact with others, help with projects and put together things. Dwayne loves to be in the community! He is very caring of those he loves.

Dwayne will need an extended visitation period to help him properly adjust and become accustomed to his new family. It will be important that the new family is able to advocate for his needs as well as be willing to seek out any support services that are beneficial to his well being.

Dwayne would do well with a committed family, who is active, but still offers a calm and nurturing feel.
