Food Assistance, formerly known as Food Stamps, assists eligible, low-income Colorado residents or families with the cost of purchasing food. Individuals or families need to meet federal income and resource standards. Food Assistance is issued on Colorado Quest (Electronic Benefit Transfer EBT) cards.
Provide the following:
1. A completed Application for Assistance
2. The following is a list of other items you may need to provide:

Food Assistance is available to all eligible households/individuals regardless of race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religious or political beliefs.
