Food Assistance, formerly known as Food Stamps, assists eligible, low-income Colorado residents or families with the cost of purchasing food. Individuals must meet federal income and resource standards. Food Assistance is issued on Colorado Quest (Electronic Benefit Transfer) cards. Food Assistance is available to all eligible households/individuals regardless of race, color, sex, national origin, and disability, religious, or political beliefs.
